Equity Tap collects personal and business information you choose to provide through its application, telephone conversations and correspondence. The existing application is hosted at app.equitytap.com.au and may process information needed to assess and administer a business-purpose loan.
What we collect
Information may include identity and contact details, business and entity details, requested funding, property security, existing liabilities, proposed use of funds, exit strategy and documents supplied for assessment.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess eligibility, verify identity and security, conduct legal and credit checks where appropriate, prepare documents, prevent fraud, maintain records and comply with law.
Lending partner referrals
If you tell us you do not have real estate available as security, Equity Tap may share the enquiry details you submit, including your name, contact, business and funding information, with LoansOne so it can consider unsecured business funding and contact you. LoansOne handles information it receives under its privacy statement. A referral does not guarantee eligibility or approval.
Website measurement
If first-party website analytics is enabled, Equity Tap may collect pseudonymous device, session, attribution and engagement information to understand aggregated site performance. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are not enabled unless separately disclosed. Do not enter sensitive personal information into analytics-tracked URL fields.
