To find your Australian Director Identification Number (Director ID, or DIN), follow these steps:

1. Check Your MyGovID Account

• Your Director ID is linked to your MyGovID account.
• Log in to your MyGovID account (https://www.mygovid.gov.au).
• Navigate to the section related to the Australian Business Registry Services (ABRS) to view your Director ID.

2. Check Email or Letters from ABRS

• When you registered for your Director ID, the Australian Business Registry Services (ABRS) would have sent you a confirmation email or letter.
• Search your email inbox or physical mail for a message from ABRS containing your Director ID details.

3. Contact the Australian Business Registry Services (ABRS)

• If you can’t find your Director ID, contact ABRS for assistance:
  • Phone: 13 62 50 (within Australia)
  • International: +61 2 6216 1111
• Have your identification details ready when calling, such as your name, date of birth, and Tax File Number (TFN).

4. Ask Your Company Secretary or Accountant

• If your Director ID was provided to your company or accountant, they might have a record of it.

5. Log into the ABRS Online Services

• Go to the ABRS website (https://www.abrs.gov.au).
• Use your MyGovID to log in and access your Director ID information.
